This is a rating for food lovers.nSo, if you think that you care what you put into your body as much as I do, this is for you.nHad a burger menu today at Smash’em.nThe experience eating at Smash’em starts with a big welcome smile from the ever-so-friendly staff.nToday they even surprised me by saving one of my favorite drinks for me, which I appreciated a lot. You all rock nOn the lunch menu they had the Smoked BBQ.nI upgraded my order with caramelized onions.nAnd here we go.nThe first bite sets you off on a beautiful culinary journey to burger heaven.nTwo patties that are just cooked to perfection with crispy edges and still juicy, topped with a blend of toppings that don’t overpower and sit well in a perfect blend.nThe burger bun is slightly toasted, holds it well together, and doesn’t fall apart.nWorth mentioning are the fries. While at some places the experience gets ruined by them, here they are beautifully crispy and taste like potato fries should taste.nIf the rating goes from 1 to 10, I give a 10 without hesitation, or in stars 1 to 5, it can only be a 5-star experience eating here.nI will be back very soon and already looking forward to my next Smash’em burger.nMichael
Went to Jula for gardening products, ended up distracted by the scrumptious smell coming from the burger stand only a few meters away. One of the best halloumi and vegan burgers we've tasted.
We was coming special with guests from Lettland.. service PERFECT! BBQ burgers so tasty... Special Thanks Girl who working with customers , brilliant!
Update: 9 months later, all the below still holds -- the quality has been very consistent after having eaten there multiple times. This is, in my opinion, the best hamburger in the region.n----nAmong the best smash burgers I've had in Sweden, a generous and well-seasoned 200g of their own blend of beef that ends up with a pretty good crust. The use of smoked pork shoulder instead of bacon added a terrific note the experience, and I noticed it was something they did with a number of the burgers they offer. My wife had the blue cheese burger and loved it just as much.nnAlso, fries were quite good, good crisp on the outside, fluffy inside, and just the right amount of salt.nnNothing wrong with the atmosphere, but a food truck in the middle of a Swedish winter is for take out -- they don't have any warm or covered places to sit and eat, at least not when there's snow on the ground. I expect it's much nicer in the summer.
