In general, the service is quite good, but some minor points are very frustrating and spoil the overall impression. I recently left my car for an A/C repair and windshield replacement. After windshield replacing, the entire interior of the car and the dashboard were in small pieces of black tape. Is it really so difficult to clean up after yourself before handing over the car to the client? Also during the replacement of windshield they managed to tear off the paint in the upper right corner where the glass adjoins the roof. The photo below clearly shows that it's a mark from some kind of tool, and not a stone chip. And the last but not least...Every time they return the car to me with a bent front license plate. Apparently, during the repair, they rest their knees on the license plate when they do something under the hood of the car. I'm really tired of removing every time license plate and bent it back after your service.nCar number: TMJ140
