It would have been great to have some pain medication when my appendix errupted, but thankfully they had me waiting in agony for 12 hours until they finally believed me haha... and they were always complimenting on how I looked good. That I did not look sick at all. Well that was nice to hear, and I tried to explain to them that I was used to being in pain, and therefore I could carry myself like a champ. But fortunately I only had to wait twelve hours for someone to agree with me that it was my appendix, and I was very happy when they finally agreed to take my X-ray. When they saw the X-ray the rushed me to surgery.nAnd they had to clean out the goo. That was probably fun for them. And afterwards I had to fight for every paintablet, because they could not take any chances on me getting addicted to it. And that was fun... haha
Orthopedics and foot surgery were experienced as very professional.
