Understaffed health center of course where the waiting time to submit a blood test exceeded 60 minutes so the time to leave the private room had passed. No communication from staff who were stressed. Is this what you voted for Sweden?! You should all be ashamed!
Great health center. Love my talented and dedicated doctor. Sure, there are waiting times, they are clearly understaffed, but they work hard to meet everyone.
You can barely get an appointment sometimes. If that happens, it is a very rude, nonchalant attitude when booking by phone
Fantastic health center!! Over the past 40 years, I have been treated as well at a number of health centers as when I switched to Spånga vc in 2024. There is an incredibly good team that takes care of you here.
Was going to get vaccinated and arrived half an hour before the booked time. Waited half an hour after the booked time to be called but no call. Asked the two nurses who vaccinated one said they were probably late and the other that I was wrong. Had to show my booking and both went on a break so I had to wait another 10 minutes. Since everyone else was called and came in, I felt invisible. Didn't get an acceptable explanation either. Poor administration.
