Overpriced, incompetent and you don't get what you ask for! They ruined my bicycle when they switched out the gears on the back wheel. Not only did they put the wrong gearing system on that has fewer teeth than I had before, they also threw away the spacer that is supposed to give the room for the chain to be on the last gears. Now I can only use 5 out of 7 gears in the back because they mounted it wrong and threw away vital parts cause they didn't know what it was for! Horrible! Never come here for bike repairs!!!
Very helpful and friendly staff. They were willing and able to provide me with parts I needed even a free component, that Cykloteket was completely useless at. I strongly recommend this shop to anyone looking to receive quality customer service
