Have lived in the same house for +20 years and the garbage collection has worked without major problems. Now in 2025 it has completely gone off the rails with garbage not collected. We have photo-documented that the containers are displayed on time but still received a text message that the containers are not there. Now today I get a call from SRV who claims that it is not possible to collect garbage at our entrance?..... So now we are going to drag the containers to another place... Incredibly poor service, if it has worked for 20+ years and then you hire people who cannot be found on a map, then apparently it is the customer who has to adapt? In any other business area, you have to make sure that you have the right people in the right place, but apparently SRV does not work that way...
Claims that they have been here and emptied, which is not true. In recent years, it has occurred several times that they have neglected to empty our containers, despite trying to do everything to make it easier for them. What are you really paying for????
Now SRV is taking away the last remaining opportunity to recycle at home.nScandal!
1. We moved into an address in Huddinge almost a year ago and there has been a problem with emptying our garbage cans on several occasions. The reason we have been told is that the cans were not placed correctly and therefore the cans have not been emptied.nnWe have the cans in the same place and they meet the requirements that SRV sets for how they should be placed.nnOn one occasion we received the same justification, that the cans were placed incorrectly and therefore they had not been emptied, later that same week the garbage truck showed up and I caught the driver who then said that they had failed to empty our address. That is, they have given us the correct reason why the cans have not been emptied.nnIncredibly bad. A newspaper delivery man rarely makes a mistake in delivering the newspaper compared to how SRV fails to empty the cans. This should just work.nn2. We receive the bill by mail from SRV. On two occasions we have received addressed bills, one bill addressed to me and one bill addressed to my partner for garbage collection at a different address than our own. We could have paid if we had not read what was written. How is it possible that during the 10 months we have lived here we have received two invoices addressed to us for someone else's garbage collection? I have never experienced anything like this. What does the internal control look like at SRV? This is similar to something that could be called fraudulent billing.nnI can't help but give SRV one star. Unfortunately, as a customer, you find yourself in a monopoly market and have no other supplier to choose from. I am surprised that municipalities in southern Stockholm own this company.
I have had a case with SRV since 20220511 regarding emptying of containers. They drove out a container that was never emptied, the first emptying at the end of September, but invoice weekly emptying?nThey have sent me to Collection 2 gr. one they wrote off and then it felt like the case was closed, but no, they sent me to collection again...nHave asked for feedback last summer 2023, they promise to get back to me but don't... they hang up during the call today will go by their office in Huddinge today.nIt is an amount of 2,850: - that they are fighting so hard for....
