When the man making the booking gave black nails polish, the nun we are suppose to meet was on retreat! There was no will nor curiosity to share the love or generosity that the calling of Saint Bridget represents. Conclusion; We did not find the Divine Grace there.
A really nice church by Lake Vättern. The Birgitta sisters are also located here. A group of older nuns. The church is Catholic and therefore Protestants cannot take communion but they are still allowed to visit the church. Good priests and nice sound. The church is an important part of Catholicism in Sweden and has a great history behind it, including Saint Birgitta.
This time we were not inside the church, but in 2018 we spent a few days at the monastery with the Birgitta Sisters and meditated several times a day. A beautiful experience that remains with us. Thank you!
