I have shopped at the steel shop many times over the years. It has mostly been aluminium, but also some steel. They manage to produce even odd dimensions and cut to length if necessary. I appreciate that it is possible to buy smaller pieces when I don't have use for full lengths. Always good service and friendly staff!
They have a wide range and good service, despite the fact that I am a private person and hardly an interesting customer in terms of business. I bought some small things in short lengths and a longer I-beam when we tore down a load-bearing wall in the house. Really recommend them.

Worked as well as it could, called and asked about an aluminum sheet that was 15mm thick, they had pieces at home, the only one of all I checked with that had in stock and could cut over 6mm.
