I had dinner there with a large company. We were served very slowly, which is fine for a social event with discussions. The food was fine, but the portions were too small for me. After eating for more than 3 hours, I came out hungry.
I travel to Linköping on a regular base and my swedish colleagues always told me the Stångs is the restaurant to visit. As a consequence my expectations were quite high.nnRegarding food i was not disappointed. Presentation and taste was very good. Exactly what i expected!nnWhat really disappointed me and destroyed the whole experience was the cold atmosphere from the staff. After getting seated we waited nearly 30min. During that time nobody was taking care about us. The neighbor tables which came later than use already got the first servings. When i politely asked the young waitress that we where ready to order she got annoyed for the rest of the evening. You should really improve on this.nnWhen it comes to food i really would like to return but i have no desire to experience such a lousy service again.
Amazing brunch. Lots of perfectly made dishes, both warm and cold along with a sweet desert table. Recommended.
Great except too small servings.
Lovely atmosphere and good food. Only local beers though, which i didn't expect. Good wine selection.
