I haven’t been to Starkeld’s physical space, but I’ve made two purchases via their website in the past ten months. Lars has been courteous & cordial and I’ve bought two pieces of exceptional early-20th Century pottery from him, one Danish & one Swedish and both of which I would likely never have found in the U.S. Great care is taken with the packaging of the pieces so that they arrive at their destination in my case, Minnesota in perfect condition. I would recommend this business to anyone with an interest in early-modern to mid-century ceramics & glass, with a particular emphasis on the mid-century period. Beautiful pieces at reasonable prices, even with shipping & handling figured in. Truly a well-run business, in my opinion!
