Very nice doctors, nurses and staff. They listen to us and do their best with the most care, different from other clinics I have tired in different cities in Skåne.
Surprisingly poor information and guidance regarding booking an appointment through 1177. I needed to book an appointment for a blood test that had previously shown high value and needed to be redone according to them. When I then book an appointment at 1177, they need to investigate something with the doctor and hey, you owe 200 SEK for advice. Now that's bad... Hope you get what you deserve.

I registered at Stationsstadens Vårdcentral in the belief that a private health center would offer better quality. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. It was impossible to get an appointment with a doctor. I called twice and was basically turned away. The nurse did not seem interested in getting to know my health condition, and I was also asked to come there and bring my medical records myself, since they could not read them digitally. I therefore registered and switched to a state health center. Not recommended.
Completely useless care! No appointment with the doctor, the nurse didn't care about my health at all. Waste of time and money – never go there!!!!!!
