This gym is amazing because they have all the different exercises to train up your whole body in no time. If you have a lot of muscle pain you can always buy WHEY protien at the reception.
I was a loyal Nordic Wellness customer for 10+ years. But decided to switch it up because this is closer to home.nnI can best describe this gym with my first day there:nnAs I walked around the spacious facility, genuinely impressed by the quantity of machines, weights and.. everything.. I couldn’t help but notice I was smiling. I can’t describe in words how amazing this gym is. It has everything you would ever need, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the patrons are friendly as well.nnI highly recommend this gym. Best gym I’ve been to in a LONG time!
Very good gym, they only have two squat racks/deadlift platforms and benches tho, lots of equipment otherwise. Awesome place to get the gains‼
Great equipments mostly hammer strength. Dedicated areas for weight training and cardio. Love training here
