This place is iconic. The person serving us presumably the owner was so warm and friendly with a good dose of humour.nnThe dining area was amazing: warm and cozy. We were lucky to get a seat because the seating is limited and it does get really busy.nnI thoroughly enjoyed my reindeer moose mix sub with 50/50 sauce. My dining partner had the vegan option but was less impressed. I guess you don't go to a meat specialty place for vegan options. However, they were very kind to keep in mind which sauces he should have that were vegan.nnOverall it was a bit pricey, but in my opinion it was worth it, especially after 30 hours of traveling and you are sitting inside the teepee with a hot sub and side of crispy fries, washed down with warm lingonberry juice.
Wonderful hidden gem in a petrol station forecourt. Excellent food, owners are welcoming & friendly. Fabulous teepee Lavvu to eat in. Open fire inside with sparkly fairylights & benches. A glorious feast for all the senses! Highly recommended

The taste was nothing short of excellent, and it left me completely satisfied.nnTo accompany my meal, I opted for a warm lingonberry juice, which was the perfect complement to the flavors of the dish. What made this food truck even more special was the option to wait and dine inside a cozy yurt with an open fire. The atmosphere was incredibly inviting, with the crackling fire adding warmth to the chilly Kiruna weather.nnThe staff at the food truck were not only efficient but also exceptionally friendly. They went out of their way to engage in friendly conversations with the guests, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.nnIn conclusion, I highly recommend this food truck to anyone visiting Kiruna. The combination of outstanding food, a cozy atmosphere, and welcoming staff makes it a must-visit spot in this charming town.
Hands down the best food we had while in Kiruna. Definitely worth the visit. The portions are generous at a fair price.
Veggie oomph tofu alternative sub available here. It’s very good, comes with garlic and BBQ sauce. Not many vegan/veggie options here so recommend you try this out. For me the highlight was the yurt where you sit down and enjoy a warm lingonberry juice next to a fire. It’s very cosy and you don’t want to get out after you get in.
