Comfortable and modern cabins. The restaurant buffet offers several items for dinner. Great view from the deck. A designated place for smokers. A beautiful mini duty free market. Bar for drinks. A place designated for children's games.
Well organized and also additional support for people with disabilities. We went with the Scandinavia. Parking close to the elevator is possible by mentioning it at check-in booth and then mention it when entering the ferry. All decks are accessible, except when going to the outer deck. The doors have a threshold of 20cm to prevent water flowing in.
We have travelled multiple times with Stena Line between Gothenburg and Kiel but I specifically want to mention that we have been very very pleased by the service the last time. Due to some roads being closed we were late at the check-in but the customer service was impeccable. They were checking on us every 20min to ask about our progress in our journey, asking us to drive carefully, offering options in case we missed the ferry. Nevertheless, since many cars were late the check-in time was extended by 20-30 minutes. One of the best services we have got for a long time. Thank you to the team!
We went from Kiel to Gothenburg and back. Both exportiertes were great! Check in in Kiel was very smooth, in Gothenburg it took ages, but then everything went on.nnOn the ferry everyone was very nice and helpful. There is a kids area to play. Every restaurant has at least one vegan option. Very nice and we will travel again!
I had the chance to visit this place when I go to Denmark using this Stena Line ferry. Such a lovely trip it was and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will recommend it to everyone if they get a chance, do avail this opportunity. Amazing views and then only water and you.
