The stone company is great! They know what they are doing and are happy to help make sure it turns out well. You can buy some stone anywhere, but here you get people who care and want your project to turn out well, that's the difference.

Ordered granite slabs from them on a Saturday. On Monday, the e-invoice arrived and I paid immediately. Later, however, it was another company, Stengruppen, who contacted me to inform me that I can now pick up the slabs from them, with opening hours 08:30 to 16:30 weekdays, closed for lunch 12-13nThese opening hours are not suitable for those who work and Stengruppen is happy to drive the slabs home for an extra 500 kronor.nnI am critical of the fact that Stenkompaniet did NOT mention that they are just an intermediary and that delivery is handled by another company, another address, with bad opening hours that do not suit people who work.nnIn contact with Stenkompaniet, I was made aware that the email where the e-invoice is attached, actually has the delivery address at the bottom.nnBut there is nothing there about the bad opening hours.nnI think that Stabskompaniet should have informed me as a customer on that Saturday that someone else with limited opening hours was delivering. For not doing so, and for not showing a service-oriented spirit when talking to them, I have now decided not to hire them to pave my plot. It is enough that I have been cheated once.

I received excellent service even though I was only going to buy a few stones. I think the prices feel reasonable.

Charges 15,000 SEK per square meter for stone that others charge 5-7 thousand SEK for. Stupid
