Nice place to live
Strange that they only have three reviews. The food is absolutely fantastic. A unique taste experience with fantastic combinations. There are options for vegans too. Highly recommended.
The location of this property is simply beautiful.nThe building is an old historic stable located near the Stenninge Palace castle, right on Lake Mälaren, the largest lake in Sweden. We ate a very good Swedish buffet in the restaurant downstairs in the building.nInside there is a huge shop with Scandinavian-style furniture and accessories, from lamps to other gadgets for kitchen equipment and living room decorations.nDownstairs there is also a beautifully decorated glass shop that looks like a gallery. You can buy beautiful English-style porcelain mugs there, as well as dinnerware and beautiful crystal glasses. I recommend teas and Swedish honey to the locals, which can be purchased in the boutique downstairs.nThere is plenty of greenery around, a lake and a beautiful palace park along and around Stenninge Castle.nWe recommend this intimate and beautiful place to everyone who wants to go for a walk in the beautiful surroundings of a park and water, eat a tasty Swedish dinner and buy some necessary home accessories.
We had Christmas dinner in Stenladan last Saturday 5/12.nIt was a wonderful Christmas dinner that can be highly recommended!nThe staff are on their toes and care about their guests!
