I requested for a refund of my non refundable booking as I booked this place by mistake. The management did not consider the refund even though they did not lose anything by refunding me as I requested for cancellation immediately after booking. I do not recommend this place as the management is inflexible.nnThere are much better options available in that area so please skip this place.
We didn't stay overnight, but were very happy to be able to do some laundry! You can wash your clothes for 50kr it's free if you also get a room.nnThe only thing to watch for is that there's a schedule and you have to add yourself to book a time slot. The schedule is an old-fashioned sheet of paper on the door of the laundry room, so you can't book it with the receptionist. You have to be there and go check yourself what slots are available there's one for 7-11am, one for 11-3pm, one for 3-7pm and one last one from 7-11pm. When I arrived there were few slots booked. There are two washing machines and one large dryer.nnWe also ate at the restaurant which was awesome. For lunch it's a 142kr all you can eat buffet and it's delicious! I highly recommend it, it was a better experience for a better price than the other restauowe tried in Kiruna. And as a bonus, the receptionist is super nice.
The hotel is actually an absolute steal. The hotel provides clean and well maintained accommodations for a really cheap price. The breakfast was filling, although it lacked variety of options. The location is ideal for watching Northern Lights. COMMENDABLE VALUE FOR MONEY!!
It's a nice, cheap option, you get what you pay. The room was ok, bed was comfortable, breakfast is nice, nothing amazing. But it does the job and I'd probably be back.nNice views from around, particularly behind the buildings.nBe mindful the walk from the bus stop is uphill for 1-2 blocks and then goes down.
