A prime example of why monopolies are bad.nnThey never take responsibility for the poor quality of their contractors. That's the customer's problem.
Worthless customer service, why does Stockholm City have the option of customer service on the phone when the person on the phone clearly doesn't know anything about customers or can even spell service.nunbelievable that Stockholm City is allowed to sell out the contracts to subcontractors who don't know the job Renonorden time to review our authorities. Stockholm City and their subcontractor Renonorden therefore have no way of contacting each other if the garbage collection has not been done. Without a notice of complaint, it was sent the next day, strange since this was a problem this summer, every other day I spoke to a different manager and didn't get the same message at all. Why do you answer the phone with hello and what can I help with if you clearly don't want to help.
I have emailed svoa about 5-6 times but never received an answer to my question. The only answer is that they received it.
Stockholms vatten owns the land around Bornsjön where there is a nice nature area. They have introduced complicated and strange parking rules there like no other nature area around Stockholm. They also send parking guards around on weekends to check if anyone has missed the rules so they can collect some extra money.nUgly and unnecessary!nnEdit: It has nothing to do with parking time. I used 7 hours of parking. It's about using a parking disc in the middle of a forest.nI don't see how a 7-hour maximum parking with a parking disc would stop poaching either. Camping sure, but it works just as well to have a camping ban. Going on a weekend getaway and fining birdwatchers who forgot their parking disc is still ugly and unnecessary in my opinion.
Absolutely pathetic servicenBut as a municipally owned monopoly company they can ignore everything even though it should be the other way aroundnTheir CEO Mårten Frumerie is completely paralyzednBut but,,, SVOA gets the staff they deservenIt's just a shame that the mess ends up with the customernGluä!
