This is one of the go-to places for swimming in Karlskoga. There is also a small gym equipped with all the necessary yet old equipment along with another room for cardio workouts. There are two sauna rooms as well which is quite refreshing to relax after an intense workout. However, the building itself needs an upgrade, especially the sauna area, and the changing rooms.nnThe staff is kind and friendly. :
The only improvement I would reccomend in service is to separate more spaces for motion swimming.
