I recently visited the Subway at Nordby Köpcenter, and my experience was disappointing to say the least. I ordered the Chimichurri Subs, and it was a disaster. They put an extremely small amount of meat on it, which made the sandwich look sad and unappetizing. Additionally, they forgot several key ingredients that the sub is supposed to have, so we had to remind them of the toppings and sauce.nnTo make matters worse, they had run out of chimichurri sauce. One of the two subs we ordered barely had any sauce at all, while the second one had none. When we asked about the waffle fries that were advertised as part of the menu, the staff told us that Subway had removed them from the menu and that they were only shown for display purposes. We could only order them separately as a side.nnOverall, the service was poor, and the food quality was subpar. I wouldn't recommend this Subway location if you're looking for a satisfying meal.
Unfortunately one of the male clerks working there was very rude with my girls.nnHe was dirty using his hands with plastic gloves and handled food in between handling his phone and touching different unclean areas. My wife asked him in a polite way to please change his glowes… the reaction was very rude type don’t tell me what to do.nnThe only reason for eating there is iff you really carve for Subway as my family did as we all did and cross your fingers that he did not touches his g phone no the toilet…nnThe manager should take all his employees out on a how to not behave towards your customer AND a standard cleanliness course don’t handle food clean area and Your phone, other unclean areas in the restaurant etc.
Great service, friendly staff, quite a few vegan options and they will ask you the relevant questions. So helpful! Also very tasty, despite there being quite the queue we actually managed to order and get our food rather quickly! Would recommend a visit.
Today I had the worst subway experience in this branch. They charged me 45 kr rather than regular price 39 kr and told me since I am not Swedish and from Norway, they will charge 45 kr. I have never experienced such weird thing in subway. The behavior of the stuffs were rude. Finally they billed me 75 kr extra and gave me back in Norwegian cash. It was around 6:45 pm today 27th January 2024. I hope the authorities will take actions for such unprofessionalism.
this restaurant has a seating area that is behind the counter.nthere are toilets nearby, but they are not subway toilets.nnthe food tastes just like you'd expect from any other subway, the staff is pleasant, the waiting line can get a big long at times.nnclose proximity to the entrance/exit of the mall, and the supermarket.
