I see other reviews about how nice the sauce is to the schnitzel, but I really disliked it. Very sweet? Sorry can't remember what it was based on, maybe Madeira. The schnitzel itself was completely fine, but the fries were too crunchy and hard.

Old style interior restaurant, looks lovely. We settled for Schnitzel and some drinks, which we didn’t wait too long for, as it came quite fast. The Schnitzel is served with a large portion of Fries, Peas, a Lemon and a Sauce made with red wine. The Schnitzel’s size is perfect, the Fries are crunchy but I really liked the sauce. It’s a bit sweet and fits perfect with the lemon. To top of the perfect service, food and atmosphere, they’ll even give you a discount on bad weather. Really recommend it here.

We were not satisfied overall. First they seated us at the table, we ordered a drink and after a while they told us that the table was occupied and we had to move. The waiters looked very confused. We ordered the fish of the day according to the menu, unfortunately we got two fish burgers instead of fish. Overall not bad but we were expecting fish. In the menu it could have mentioned that it is a burger.

Cozy place with very good food. The burger was a bit dry but indulgent with that as the fries were very well fried. The ice cream was super good. The coffee with the food was the best in a long time. Disadvantage that we had to wait almost an hour for the food. Friendly staff.

We each ate a schnitzel. I took the gluten free. Very good large + for the spiced butter with anchovies and the sauce was also very good. Satisfied and simply satisfied.
