you get to the Terminal 5 by walking through t he orange tunnel leading to lifts and ascending starecase at this moment April 2024 there is a direct access to departures so walk to the first lifts and go up too floor 3 another way is to enter P51 parking Garage floor 1 and either taking the lifts to floor 3 and turning left then walking over the bridge over the Taxi parking then entering the terminal 5 departures. straight in front of you is a screen 20 metres square with the flight check in desks and departure gates. OR carry on following the signs on the floor through the revolving door entering the terminal building. carry on and when you reach the stairs go up one floor to arrivals in front of you are lifts or moving staircases which take you too departures plan 3. if you need lifts at floor or plan 1 there are two lifts just along from the lost property and left luggage office desk. if unsure just ask.

1 hour pickup was very much crowded but then the nearby 2 hr pickup helped
