Worst treatment in a long time in customer service 18/4 2024
Have updated mobile bg but get ff message that it expires. Tried to get to the office for help 3 times. Closed on Wednesdays, closed for holidays, unreasonable waiting times with 30 ahead in the queue.. Tried to reach support via phone and online. After countless selections and button presses, you are informed that there is a 40-50 min waiting time. Absolutely impossible to get in touch and help!
