The queue system might be a bit weird with only a few seats inside the bank area itself, which is available only after you've taken a service number. To get there you might, at busy hours, need to first queue in the stairway until security personnel let you in. But this is mainly to keep the bank area not too crowded and the volume down inside.nThe service I got when my turn came was on point and swift and the teller was friendly and informative. All my issues were solved within a few minutes.
Worst mortgage banking service. The customer service agents who calls themselves advisors are the worst in the entire banking service fraternity. At the time of taking mortgage loan, the so called adviser Ma Nina said that she would personally look into our customer account and would regularly call us to check. The loan started with error. The promised negotiated interest rates were not updated and I had to call multiple times, write multiple emails, and got it corrected just on the last day of freezing it. Since I took mortgage, no one ever called for feedback of their services. Recently I write and called multiple times, but Ms Nina was not approachable and doesn’t have the courtesy of replying back. She made me loose the opportunity to finalise the loan period freezing at lower interest rate.nVery poor experience.. I would definitely look for the next first opportunity to move my account.
Worst bank and local ever, they will try to find any kind of excuses to avoid doing their job. 0 customer service and worst experience among all the other locations in Sthlm. Think twice cuz Nordea is right next to this branch.
Do not open an account with this bank!!!nIf you are not a Swedish citizen and are used to modern-day banking and good customer service, this is not the bank for you.nTheir opening hours are impossible if you work full time, and if you don't have a Personnel number or are in the process of getting one, everything requires you to go to the branch to do it. Every time I went to the branch to do something and took time off work to do it, they were unable to do what I needed anyways.nI've been trying to cancel my account for days - spoken to numerous people on the phone, transferred to multiple people who all said they couldn't do it, and spent nearly an hour on hold. Still haven't been able to cancel the account. Seriously, do not waste your time with this bank!
Worst bank ever I opened an account and need a bankID but they said if you are not employed you cannot have a bankID and you don’t NEED it, although in Sweden almost everything is dependent to bankID even booking a doctor appointment!!!! I think this is very offensive I even can’t transfer money with application just because I want to take a break from my job, I am not allowed to use social services!!!
