Went to get bank id lovely security gaurd helpt lead me in and the young lady helpt me out quick and easy
Awful reception hours, 10 hours a week only. Waited for an hour to take care of a 5-minute issue. Wouldn't be a problem to solve online in another bank. All I can say, AVOID SWEDBANK until they fix the customer service, both online and in the branches.
If you want to be treated badly, you’re in the right place. Useless staff, very short opening times and bad management. Don’t go there, you’ll lose your time.
