This is one of the slowest labs in Stockholm. 1 nurse per 10 people waiting. That includes small children who need much more time and attention. Takes forever to get a blood samples done if you come at the opening time. So if you dont have to fast and do labs before you do literally anything else, save yourself some time and nerves and come at 10 or 11. Appealing and such a shame that one is forced to use synlab where there is 5 different lab companies who do a much better job staffing their labs.
Can only agree with the others, worn out and huge waiting time. I went up and asked how many people were taking the samples and there was 1 person and 25 people in line.nnRegret that I even went there and I can't understand why so many companies use only Synlab, something that should be done. Better with Karolinska, closer and faster and fresher in every way.nnSo yes, this felt like going back in time to the 80s.
I've been there three times now and I've been treated so nicely every time. The woman who took my samples was both professional and incredibly kind.
Very good staff who take the samples. You can tell they've been there before. Fast & smooth. If you're going to take samples on a Wednesday, skip it. As there is a parking ban in the entire area Wednesdays 1/11-15/5 otherwise 5/5 stars
I don't recognize myself in other people's comments. Slightly older premises, but nice and fresh. Was there around 8:30 and no queue at all for Synlab which I was going to.
