I decided to use 5 not because of staff, but because of product.nSome kind of staff are really strange, some are very polite and helpful.nAnyway i would recommend everyone to visit Systembolaget.

There is a large assortment of alcoholic beverages in all classes.

This outlet is well located and offers a large selection of products. Most of the personal is knowledgeable about the products, polite, and well versed in English. Keep in mind that you must be over 20 years old to be able to buy alcohol in Sweden and, at any moment, you could be asked to produce an official ID—and denied service if you do not.

Medium sized of the franchise but with still a good variety of beers and wines. The staff members were helpful and friendly. Clean and well maintained store and convenient location.

They have an monopoly on the Swedish liqour sales market as they are owned by the Swedish government. They do not have sales and are quite expensive by European standards. For me personally, the prices are not out of reach as they are similar to Australian prices, but still more than I would prefer to pay. Nice staff and the store presentation is fantastic.
