Friendly staff always happy to help. Helping you find what you are looking for, and if that doesn't exist in their assortment they will either recommend you something similar or ask if you want it ordered. The store is quite small and has a small assortment but given what time you go it can be quite freeing knowing there is only one or two other customers in there.
Nice store with decent alcohol selection to go to with super friendly employees. One employee in particular has a great smile that makes me feel welcome even as a foreigner.
Friendly and very serviceminded staff. Rarely long queues so efficient check out. The only drawback is the size as it's a small systembolag. But if you want something special and have time you can order it and pick it up a couple of days later.
Organised, lot of variety but costs are higher than other EU countries...
