Great professionals! The whole team of nurses took care of my cat and made the required examinations with much care. They also gave me good advice and explained to me the situation my cat is facing!nVery calm environment, super clean and again very caring!
So far my experiences here have been positive. I appreciated them understanding that I prefer to collect urine samples myself at home instead of through cystocentesis if possible due to his previously compromised bladder/urinary issues. I was allowed to come in and help hold my cat during his ultrasounds, which allowed us not to sedate him. Had some miscommunication about medication and test results, but I think that might have been because of a mild language barrier I don't speak fluent Swedish yet. They were very responsive via the phone, and I felt that they took reasonable covid protections when we visited eg mask use, good process of collecting store purchases outside, etc. Most importantly, my cat is well now after treatment with them and that's the most important thing.
Great service and nice staff. However, extremely expensive. Kloklippning: 570kr. They should have the price list in the website so you get an idea of how much you will be paying if you take your pet there.
As all veterinarians, it's an expensive place but it's a very good one.nThe people is very kind and helpful, and as we gave our dying cat a help on its way to save some pain of the inner organ failures we were very pleased by the great support and nicely decorated room with blankets, candles and napkins.nI can really say its a good one.
