I have been servicing my cars at Thomas for about 5 years and basically have only good things to say. I have never had any problems with the things he has done on my cars. There is a kind of home mechanic feel about his workshop, you come there and talk about what needs to be done and he contributes his experience on how to best solve it.n+ He carries out small things he notices without asking at the service small lamp changes he sees, etc., as long as they are cheap things.n+ He is price-effective, the cost of carrying out the service is usually in the same price range as buying the original stuff yourself.n+ He does not try to carry out complicated repairs that a branded workshop with special tools should carry out, getting it right is more important than getting it done.n+/- He is easy to get hold of on the phone around 7am and around 4pm, during the day he may sometimes not answer.n- He prefers not to do small boring jobs like simple rust repairsn- There is usually a long wait for an appointmentnDespite 2-3 minuses, it still gets 5/5 stars as he is exactly the type of car mechanic I am looking for!

Been going to Thomas for the last 10 years & no one else is allowed to touch my cars. Very nice, knowledgeable and doesn't overcharge like many other garages!

It was quick to get an appointment for service on the car, it feels safe to leave the car there, it is important to feel trust, and to receive a nice welcome.

Have performed service, troubleshooting and some repairs on several of my cars over the years. Really good to deal with.
