Tallgården

TALLGÅRDEN is a nursing home. but a short-term residence. Elderly people who live permanently in their home but need a place in a short-term residence for recovery in case of an acute need for care and attention. They can be patients who have been treated in the hospital but need a little extra care with medication and care before they return home to their own accommodation again. Sometimes it is like a transitional home from the hospital to Tallgården and if the doctors judge that the patient should come to a permanent nursing home, the elderly person remains at Tallgården until a place, apartment, is available in a nursing home. A great sense of security for the person in need of care and their relatives.
