Very nice staff! Picked up package and left package, works great!nnRent a trailer, it works well with!! Always different varieties!

Difficult to get packages outnnTells me to call customer service even though the fault is in their system. Identification with bank ID did not work on their computernSure they were very grateful that I was able to help them solve the problem, but felt like they are telling me to call customer service to get my package.nnCollecting parcels for someone else states on DHL's website that you can do it Both the recipient of the parcel and the collector's ID. But not approved by them.

Went there to rent a trailer, had booked before so they knew I was coming. Even so, I had to shovel the snow in front of the trailer myself to get it out at all. The flatbed was also full of snow. I pointed this out to the staff but only got a laugh in response.nThere is no price list of what it costs to rent, the staff will of course tell you if you ask, but it is difficult to compare sizes, rental time etc. if someone is just standing there rambling. If they don't have the opportunity to fix a website, they could at least print out a list and have it in the store and be able to email the list out if someone asks.nThe store is very messy, not exactly inviting.nIn addition to the above regarding the rental of trailers, the staff is nice.
