Drivers who do not take any consideration and do not drive carefully in traffic when driving our children. We were about to collide with one of their drivers because he drives out of the intersection without taking other road users into account, seems to have zero knowledge of the traffic. They sit and look at the mobile phone when it is time to drop off and pick up children from school.
Telepass runs a transportation service for the city of Malmö, they are really bad at keeping time, they don't call when they are going to pick up the children. Today they didn't pick her up at school, they didn't even show up, I don't understand how the city of Malmö gives them a contract when they misbehave, they shouldn't work with children

Extremely bad drivers. Pulling and tearing at older customers.
Terribly rude reception on the phone. Get a scolding from the old woman on the phone when you have a simple question for a friend. The drivers are the worst in a long time. Put them down or hire sensible people. Ugh and yuck. It was always better before.
