A calm piece of semi-wild nature and near-forgotten culture just a few minutes away from civilisation. Views over the deepest part of Lake Mälaren and a couple of beaches and campfire spots. Great for walks and runs, picnics and sunsets, exploration and contemplation.
We went out on a autumn evening and satt down and ate inside the temple, no people were around. It started pouring down and started to get dark. Our bums got a bit cold and we had to get going. The worst of the rain was over but we got a bit wet on our way home. It was super cozy and had the best company, this was a good day.
Fantastic place for walking
Wonderful loop along the water! Too bad they closed it.. Because you could stand in the middle and it echoed back what you said. Super cool! Someone should open it again..
Beautiful, clean, incredibly nice evening sun. Bullies who want to show off don't usually choose this nice secluded corner of Riddersvik. Actually more of a dog bath. High coziness factor, largely because the loudmouths stay away from here :
