If you want to enjoy a foreigner centrum in Sweden, you should visit Tensta Centrum.
I shop a lot there since 2018 very pleasant staff and they have what people need that i must say they have it very handy.
The good atmosphere. Few food restaurants are found and best part is it is halal. Some shops are available with reasonable things like scarf, dress, crockery, etc. Even 2 groceries shop are also available. It also have Apoteket and gym.
It's a nice place but you can't always find all you need
It is needed to be renovated and be extended with more stores
