Horrible experience. I took delivery of my Tesla Model Y today. The car was delivered with scratches on the bonnet, front left door, dirty interior, I wonder how they can deliver a new car without inspection, big disappointment and incompetent staff. After reaching home I discovered that the tow hook is also missing. Such a bad experience on a special day..

Can only agree with many others. Really good and pleasant treatment when I picked up my car yesterday. I arrived 2 hours before the appointed time, but they still took the time to help me with some small things before departure, even though they actually had other things booked.
