Horrible experience. I took delivery of my Tesla Model Y today. The car was delivered with scratches on the bonnet, front left door, dirty interior, I wonder how they can deliver a new car without inspection, big disappointment and incompetent staff. After reaching home I discovered that the tow hook is also missing. Such a bad experience on a special day..

Simple and smooth as it should be to pick up a new car. Nice and good girl who left the car.

Can only agree with many others. Really good and pleasant treatment when I picked up my car yesterday. I arrived 2 hours before the appointed time, but they still took the time to help me with some small things before departure, even though they actually had other things booked.

Excellent treatment by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Booked retrofitting of towbar. The service started punctually at the appointed time and was finished in an hour. Very exemplary.
