I went to Tesla in Huddinge just to test drive a Model 3, as I had previously tested other electric cars without getting hooked on them and had also been quite skeptical about electric cars. Once there, I was met by Carlos, a salesman there, who gave me a top-notch welcome and service. He offered to take the car home for a day to really check it out and I ended up buying the car.nnBefore delivery, there were a few things that needed to be fixed by the workshop. When I came to pick up the car a few days later, unfortunately, these had not been fixed, and Carlos was on vacation at the time. But Oliver took care of the situation right away and solved most of it on the spot, fantastic service from him too.nnWhat really impressed me was that Carlos got in touch during his vacation to check if everything was okay and if there was anything else he could help with. When he got back, I went there to thank him in person.nnI am incredibly happy with both the car and the personal service I received. Highly recommend visiting Carlos at Tesla in Huddinge if you are thinking about buying a Tesla.nnI had big problems with Tesla Segeltorp who refused to repair the rust on my car, even though it was covered by warranty. Before the purchase I had been informed that this would be covered, and also in the app I was approved that the action would be covered by warranty. Still I was met with a no.nnThen I went to Tesla in Huddinge and met Oliver and what a difference! He took on the matter immediately and the next day I was notified that the repair would be carried out.nnMany thanks to Oliver for outstanding service, a fantastic attitude and for really putting the customer first. He is a person with his heart in the right place and shows what real customer service means. Great job Tesla should be proud to have him on the team!
