The food was really good, the drinks were great too, and I especially loved the starter they served.nnHowever, the service was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The staff was completely unwelcoming. My wife had planned a small birthday surprise for her friend , she brought a cake, and like any other restaurant in Sweden, we simply asked if they could keep it and bring it out once we were done with our meal. We weren’t asking for any special celebration or arrangement, just a simple gesture. To our surprise, they flatly refused, saying they “don’t have any policy for birthdays.” But I never saw it written anywhere in their menu etc.nnOn top of that, one of the waitresses was particularly rude. We were a group of four and politely asked if we could sit near the view. Another waitress was actually trying to help us, but an older one I don’t know her name gestured to stop her and said not to give us that table. We didn’t mind the refusal itself, but her attitude afterward was shockingly unprofessional. When we tried to ask her a few simple questions, she responded rudely, and her expression made it clear she didn’t want to deal with us.nnThis waitress seriously needs proper customer service training. Please ensure she doesn’t interact with customers directly until she improves, it truly spoiled what could have been a lovely dining experience.nnBy the way, I was speaking Swedish to her the whole time she’s clearly not a native Swede but I honestly don’t know what happened when I switched to English once; she suddenly flared up and became rude for no reason.
Was highly recommended. Booked an igloo for a team dinner for 8 people on Thursday night. Choosing the igloo means you have to go with the set vegan/non vegmenu that is portioned for 2 people. So atleast two must share a vegan option. Thai menu was tasty, however several felt dishes on the sweeter side. The betel leaf starter was a good surprise. What could improve is the seating around the wide roundtable and not having to stretch and jostle dishes in the resolving platter.nThe servers were polite but weren't able to answer about the dishes.nWorth a visit.
Wonder food. Pad Thai is great menu. So yummy and good taste. Believe me, we are thai. We miss Thai food. So we came here. Nice staff. Beautiful environment. River view is so nice.
This is one of the most unique bars in Stockholm, while popular it still feels like a hidden gem - due to its location ON the water.nHaving amazing cocktails on their beach in the middle of Stockholm is just incredible.nnPeople living in the neighbourhood has known about this place for ages.nIt's not the place for a cheap night out, its for spoiling yourself.
The theme is cool, really enjoyable atmosphere near the shore. Never seen a boat filled with sand to imitate a beach before. Definitely was amazed.nnHowever, the service was awful. They first lost our reservation, then magically found it, then had us wait 10 minutes to find a table for our group, despite the reservation.nnTook a millennium to serve the starters. Moreover, the waiters don’t know the menu. So if you want to be fancy and say “I’ll have no.66 or whatever” they’ll be confused and ask what the dish is. No idea what’s the point of assigning numbers then.nnReally appreciate the artistic side of serving the dishes, though that’s probably the only reason the justifies the prices well, and renting such a place.nnThe food wasn’t really worth the price. Price for quality is lacking. However, despite such a review, still recommend visiting once. Just for an experience.
