Update!nAfter being in contact with the office once again, they have not wanted to replace anything and have not even called back!nnThey have my name and phone number and can check if they were interested!nnBoycott this company that does not care in the slightest even when it has been wrong all the way from start to finish!nnWas going to buy brake discs and got wrong because Thansen had a fault in their system and things like that can happen.nnWhen I was going to return them and look for the right discs, I met a guy who was a substitute, browsed a bit on the computer and said pretty quickly that we do not have them.nnIt was quiet in the store and I saw on his computer that there were many pages to browse further and he stood by me.nnThere was another young girl who also worked in the store that he would rather spend his time with. Well.nWe found the right discs pretty quickly and he placed an order.nnThen nothing happened and I followed the tracking number and called their support after a couple of weeks.nnAfter that, the discs arrived the next day and that was after I told them about the whole thing.nnOnce the correct discs arrived, it turned out that one of them had been on the floor and was superficially damaged.nnAfter contacting them about some kind of compensation due to waiting time, driving and notifying the workshop that would help me mmmm.nnIt turned out that no one I had spoken to, especially not a manager at the head office in Sweden who I was last connected to.nnHe never came back and it was really a mess from start to finish and some of the worst treatment I have experienced in 50 years!nnWhat is especially remarkable is that the latest reviews are clearly dissatisfied!nnThat the company does not pick up on complaints and does the right thing says it all!
