It is one of the best that I have eaten in Scandinavian. The meat done rare is red, deep with fresh flavours, so melt-in-the-mouth tender, warm, juicy but not bloody.nnA light sprinkling of salt would have sufficed for the meat but the amount used chef was too heavy when paired with the rich red wine sauce.nnOtherwise, the dish was a harmony of potato terrine which was crisp on top with layered slices of baked potatoes, onion confit, sauteed winter cabbage and dragon flavoured mayonnaise.nn KYRKANS HAMBURGAREn200 g smashed burger med tomat, cheddarost, jalapenomajonnäs, baconströssel, silverlök & saltgurka. Serveras med coleslaw, picklad rödlök & pommes fritesnnn- This deluxe luxury burger is a meat lover's dream. A sweet orange flavoured tart base, caramel, chocolate sauce, roasted hazelnuts and dried slice of sweeted orange.
A cool place involving an old church built in 1902 converted to a restaurant in 2016. There is plenty of eye candy in the restaurant, including a large chandelier and pipe organ. The food is especially complimentary to this neat restaurant. The pork schnitzel with red wine sauce was out of this world. A gem in Sandviken.
