Salted invoices and rather ignorant staff in the field, can they charge more especially from elderly people, they do it completely unscrupulously, 45 minute visit is billed as two hours, and even though I bought material they charged for it on the invoice, will be reported to the police as I have concrete evidence of the travel time and how long he was here. Watch out for these scammers. Would have given 0 stars if possible.
