Excellent customer service. Highly flexible. Friendly and smiling staff. Goes the extra mile.nnOur family of five, including small children and a grandmother, was on our way home to Denmark from Stockholm when our tire blew out on the highway. After a long wait, roadside assistance towed us to Swärds Däckservice. We arrived two hours after closing on a Friday evening, tired and exhausted. We were prepared to just leave the car and find a hotel to stay in Jönköping for the weekend.nnHowever, an employee, Andreas Brevitz, was working late and on his way home when we arrived. Seeing our situation, he immediately offered to help. He reopened the workshop, found a new tire, and replaced it so we could continue our journey. Despite arriving home even later after a long workday, he was smiling and friendly, solving a significant problem for us.nnThank you so much, Andreas and Swärds, for the outstanding customer service and tremendous help!
