From Oslo bus terminal, take the bus Flixbus to Stockholm direction and get off at Töcksfors.nI travel often there from Oslo to buy groceries, as we know Sweden is cheaper than Norway to buy groceries.
Nice and quiet shopping center. All the shops you need and very close to the Norwegian border.
It would be great if they could put up some lockers to leave luggage temporarily while you go shopping and wait for the bus to return to leave because it's very difficult to carry luggage.
