Tofta Strandpensionat

I ordered a Gotlands specialty, which is like a snacks plate, but some ingredients either were missing or replaced by different alternatives without my consent. One particular ingredient, the Gotland lamb sausage was so sparse, that you almost wanted say something bad out loud.nMy friend on the other hand was satisfied with his rather a traditional pub meal.

Perfect place! White and clean bedding and towels! The staff does everything to make guests feel comfortable! If you travel on vacation with positive thoughts, you will get great feedback!nnIf you are tired of lying on the beach, there are many places to walk around the area. You can also rent a bike here. Visby town is also nearby.nnDuring the summer season it is very important to use sun protection.nnP.S.Don't forget to watch the sunsets!

Excellent service! Clean rooms and common areas, amazing breakfast included, family environment. Super close to the beach! It’s a bit far from the city, but it’s absolutely perfect if you’re mostly interested in going to the beach and relaxing.

Stayed here for 5 days and I can't recommend this place. The rooms were not very cosy or clean, the bathroom had a weird smell to it as well. We had one wardrobe to put clothes in but unfortunately we only had 4 coat hangers so it was impossible to keep the room tidy. After a couple of days the room was filled with ants and a couple of silverfishes. The bed was ok at best. The walls seem to be made of paper so it was hard to get to sleep some nights, especially with the weird sounds the waterpipes made during the nightnnThere is a large common room which is nice but the public kitchen is really small and it lacks an oven, plates and cutlery. There were too few bins in the kitchen so it was overflowing with trash. There's no kind of system in place in the fridge to keep your stuff separate from the other guests. There is a dishwasher however which is nice. The breakfast was lackluster as well.nnThe whole experience was really disappointing considering the price we had to pay. The one thing which is really nice about the stay here was how close it was to the beach.

Nice and cozy rooms. They have a good breakfast buffet with sea view. Just a stone's throw away from the Tofta Strand where you can jog, swim and enjoy the sound of the waves or sunset on the open sea.
