Lovely place! I loved the service, everyone was so kind and helpful. You definitely need to book a table in advance! The menu is big and has a lot of different fish options. We had the caviar and vodka, was very delicious but not worth the price. Wine card was big and our selection was amazing Food 10/10 and food presentation 10/10! The only thing that didn’t quite fit with me was the aesthetic. Somehow it didn’t feel completed and comfortable. We were seated between other guests and seating was very tight.
The food is great. The meatballs are delicious. The service was excellent and staff are very friendly. They also have a rooftop bar that gets very busy at night.Mat: 5/5
Great overall, cozy fine dining atmosphere w/ tasty traditional food. However the tartare was disappointing as the meat did not taste the best; dry and did not have a rich taste or taste very fresh. The meatballs are a recommend.
Great place especially if you are 40+ years of age. The lobster soup is fantastic. Great shrimp on toast. Order both. Highly recommended if you are a tourist and in the city on a Friday or Saturday night.
Stellar food and service! The toast Skagen was an absolute treat. May need to wait a while for a table if you haven't reserved but it's well worth the wait. You can grab drinks at the outdoor bar just outside the Sturehof while you wait!Mat: 5/5
Habil leverans, rimligt bra/snabb service o internationell ambiens. Dock är maten knappast prisvärd, men så är läget mitt på Stureplan också. Kvalitén genomgående god, men dragning åt massproducerat. T ex råbiffen är malen färs m purélikande konsistens. Bra sommelier. Övervåningen kändes lite sådär, men mindre stökig o lägre ljudvolym.
The food was not a wow but definitely above average. The pickled herring sill in different flavors was a delight, I’ve had better ramsons flavored herring, but this one was better than average for sure. And their Sturefhofsill is a must try. The flavors of the beef tartar was really good with the ramsons mayonnaise, but the texture of the meat itself was a bit too much like minced meat. I personally prefer chopped meat which means you can still taste the texture of the beef, instead of all soft and creamy. It was a bit pricy but the portions were good, I could get totally full with a starter and a main dish.
Excellent fish and seafood dishes. Great selection of wines. Service ok but could still get some improvement. Not cheap but worth it.

Butter-fried perch, asparagus velouté, deep-fried onion ring and peas and Ward matjes herring sour cream, onion and browned butter. So good
