This is a historical site with not only one of the oldest churches of Sweden but also preserved, the tree of sacrifice used by the Norse before Christianity reached the north. This tree is over a thousand years old.
Torslanda and Tuve The churches from the 12th century are Gothenburg's oldest buildings, the oldest parts were built in the 1650s. Many would say Kronhuset which is from the 1650s. There are older remains of buildings, but a pile of stones does not count.

Quite a nice church, a bit boring cemetery though. Could everything be better maintained. Bad parking.
