I can't believe how cold this place was. I know energy is expensive, but if you want people to come back, you need to put some heat on. Also, health and safety people, there was ice all over the floor. Even with the special shoes everyone was wearing, I saw many people falling over. I'm surprised that there isn't an ambulance permantly parked outside. If you can't afford to heat the place up, at least invest in some salt and grit to give people a chance to get around without fear of breaking multiple bones. You could also consider just keeping the doors open, as it seems to be warmer outside.
