Vi kände oss avslappnade när vi köpte från en så omtänksam och hjälpsam person och litade implicit på henne. Hon förstod våra behov och förklarade alla våra alternativ men satte ingen oönskad press på oss att köpa eller lägga till något vi inte ville köpa. När vi hämtade bilen blev vi också imponerade av personalen som hälsade oss så fort vi gick in genom dörren. Detta var en trevlig upplevelse eftersom majoriteten av bilhandlare som vi har använt förväntar sig att en kund går till en disk och köar för att bli behandlad. Vid upphämtning tog Samantha tillräckligt med tid för att prata oss igenom hur bilen fungerar. Allt som allt mycket imponerad av den service vi fått och rekommenderar starkt detta företag. Samantha Pinto was our initial contact when purchasing our new vehicle and she saw us all the way through the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she remained helpful and calm, answering all our questions with patience and respect. We felt relaxed in purchasing from such a caring and helpful person and trusted her implicitly. She understood our needs and explained all our options but did not put unwanted pressure on us to buy, or add on, anything we did not wish to purchase. Also, when picking up the car we were impressed by the staff who greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. This was a pleasant experience as the majority of car dealerships we have used expect a customer to go to a counter and queue to be dealt with. On pick up Samantha took sufficient time to talk us through the operation of the car. All in all very impressed by the service received and would highly recommend this company.

So then I came back to do a service, with 2 years service plan could get 10% discount, and monthly direct debit payments, which don’t have to pay out large in one go. And they also booked me the express service, which is much faster, so I just waited there watching tv instead of coming back in a few hours. The reception lady was really friendly as well, kept serving the drinks, there is also a laptop station which could charge phone & laptops.

I test drove a GR Yaris back in early May 2021 one of the technicians who owned one came out to chat about the car then I placed the order soon after. It did take eighteen months to arrive as expected, but I collected the car earlier this week and it's worth the wait! The handover by Klaidas was smooth, friendly and very informative, showing me around the features of the new car and setting up CarPlay. In the visits to Hills I have witnessed other customers' transactions and handovers and this high level of service seems to be the norm here, which is fantastic!
