Why do they have access to your history, if they judge your driving according to your driving skills only?
I’m really happy that inspectors like Anetthe exist in this city, very thorough, observing and with positive attitude. But what I’m most thankful is that she understands the pressure and the stress I was in, and her good wishes before the test put my heart at ease and I drove with good vibes without stress. Such a fate that I had her before as my inspector and i failed but even then because of her explanation and positivity I learned a lot and corrected my mistakes and passed. Thank you so much Annethe and her trainee and he was also well observing and understanding. Such an amazing inspectors these two. They deserve a raise
I went there for theory and practical driving exams. The staff is very friendly and professional.
I took my practical driving test here. Staff were very kind and friendly. My test administrator was Agnes, he was calm and professional. I felt more comfortable during the exam because he acted calmly and professionally.
Under the covid situation rules were well followed and the office was clean and neat. I was treated well and the staff knew thero rules well.nBut, I visted this place to test my dricving skills and get a swedish driving license. The examiner seemed to be person who woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day. Even though i requested him to talk to me in English he continued his instructions in swedsih. 15 mins into driving the vehicle had a puncture, a two inch nail had somehow managed to pierce through the volvo tyres. The tyre started to make a distorted nosie and manovering became difficult. I was asked to make an emergency stop on the motorway along the endge of the road. The examiner stopped and inspected . Instead of driving back to the trafikverket office and replacing the car, I was instructed to drive on with a punctured tyre for the rest of the test. It didnt feel safe at all. This didnt feel right at all. I was somehow conscious the wole time of a punctured tyre and hesitated to go on at high speed. I would appreciate if i get to redo my test with trafikverket again.
