Hopeless. 2 different official websites specifying opening times, one fails to mention you can only get your picture taken in Karlsham on a Tuesday. Rude, unhelpful and abrupt staff...I wouldn't mind but they charge you for the appalling service, never mind having to take time off work and the fuel and driving over a wasted journey...not what I expect in Sweden!
One of the staff at the reception is very rude and disrespectful. I went to the reception with my father who cannot speak Swedish to help with the language. I was thrown out and the staff named Mohammad Hasan said that he would explain everything to my father. Afterwards, my father called and wondered if he had the exam with extended time then I went in to ask but then the staff Mohammed became very aggressive and asked me to show my identification so that he would report both me and my father to the police why I asked the question if my father has an exam with extended time or not and why my father wondered about this.nAway with such ignorant staff at public workplaces who cannot do their job.
The government in Sweden lives off the money that the Swedish Transport Administration draws or rather steals from people. Damn how sneaky they are and all the time the same crap about the rules that no one with a driver's license cares about or gives them much importance.
Have now waited 30 minutes....to renew the photo/driver's license....no one at the reception.....no one to contact...super awful, nine out of ten driver's license students who come out of the theory lesson do not have a face mask on........
